    The Structural Features of Machine Tool

    (1) C-axis: The turntable along the hydrostatic guide, do circular motion

    C-axis Transmission system adopts ac servomotor, after the gear reducer reduce speed, drive the gear rotation. Along the hydrostatic guide way, it can realize the C-axis movement accurately.

    (2)Y-axis: The spindle slide along the beam, guide rail lateral motion.

    Y-axis Transmission system adopts ac servomotor, after the gear reducer reduce speed, drive the gear rotation, along the rack, It can realize the Y-axis movement accurately. The Y-axis is double-motor anti-backlash.

    (3)Z-axis: The turntable along the base, the guide rail vertical movement up and down. 

    Z-axis Transmission system adopts ac servomotor, after the gear reducer reduce speed, and drive the gear rotation. It can realize the Z-axis movement accurately.

    (4)W-axis: The beam along the column, guide rail vertical movement up and down.

    W-axis Transmission system adopts ac servomotor, after the gear reducer reduce speed, and drive the gear rotation. It can realize the W-axis movement accurately.
